1. TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to The GreenStone Ranch. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of beef and related products from The GreenStone Ranch.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

The GreenStone Ranch reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective when posted to our website.

Our Products

The GreenStone Ranch is a family-operated cattle ranch located in Coalgate, Oklahoma. We offer beef directly to consumers, including 1/4 beef shares and 1/2 beef shares.

Our beef is processed through an appropriately licensed and inspected processing facility, as applicable to the product being sold.

Because beef is an agricultural product, individual orders may vary in final packaged weight, cut sizes, and exact contents.

Product photographs are for illustration purposes only. Actual cuts, packaging, marbling, color, and appearance may vary.

Beef Share Orders

A 1/4 or 1/2 beef order represents a substantial quantity of beef. Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, estimated quantity, pricing, processing information, and delivery information before placing an order.

Unless specifically stated otherwise on the product page, no deposit is required to place an order.

Orders are subject to product availability.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse an order, or cancel an order when necessary because of cattle availability, processing limitations, delivery limitations, payment issues, suspected fraud, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Because beef is an agricultural product and processing weights can vary, the final quantity and/or final amount charged may vary when the product is priced according to final hanging, packaged, or delivered weight.

The applicable pricing method will be clearly identified on the product page before checkout.

Taxes, delivery fees, processing fees, or other applicable charges will be disclosed before the customer completes the purchase whenever required by law.

Payment

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is considered confirmed, unless The GreenStone Ranch has expressly agreed to another payment arrangement in writing.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment cannot be successfully processed.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because beef orders involve cattle scheduling, processing, packaging, and delivery, customers should contact The GreenStone Ranch as soon as possible if they need to change or cancel an order.

Once an order has entered processing, packaging, or fulfillment, cancellation may not be possible.

Any approved cancellation or refund will be handled according to our Refund Policy.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

• Name
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Delivery address
• Apartment, gate, or access information, when applicable
• Special delivery instructions

The GreenStone Ranch is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Food Safety

Customers are responsible for promptly refrigerating or freezing beef after delivery.

Perishable meat should not be left outside or at an unsafe temperature.

Customers should follow all food-safety, refrigeration, thawing, cooking, and handling instructions provided with the product.

If you believe your order has arrived spoiled, damaged, improperly packaged, or otherwise unsafe, contact The GreenStone Ranch immediately and provide photographs and a description of the issue.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Cattle processing dates and delivery dates may change due to circumstances including cattle availability, processor schedules, weather, transportation, mechanical problems, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays to affected customers.

Intellectual Property

All content appearing on this website, including photographs, logos, text, graphics, branding, videos, and other materials, belongs to or is licensed to The GreenStone Ranch unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The GreenStone Ranch will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or purchase of our products.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
